How can I rightly comprehend God's truth?

By Dr. Charles Stanley

God has given His Holy Spirit to each one of us. As believers, we can have a personal relationship with the Father because the Spirit lives within us. He knows the mind of God perfectly (1 Cor. 2:10), and He communicates to our spirits the truth God wants us to hear. (Continue reading How can I rightly comprehend God's truth?)

I'm I wrong to believe that he was talking to all believers.and if I am right how do I get the other members of the group to understand that Jesus was talking to all believers. Please help!!!

When I am reading the Bible, I am looking to find out how God works. I also seek to find out what God is saying to me at that moment in that situation I am in. I believe He speaks in multi-faceted ways to me. Each time I read the scripture, I get something different from it because my situation is different each time I read it. He keeps bringing me to a more clear understanding of how to live my life through reading the Bible. I learn the truth whether I like it or not, and over time I come to see why it is that way. I read the Bible to learn God's truth. I read the Bible knowing what I've been taught and what I firmly believe, but also what God wants me to personally know about my personal life. His word never fails me.

Help me understand how to help a person through a difficult times in their life. i listen, but this person will take up my whole day with this same situation. When do say this is enough. they are coming to me instead of going to God. I try to encourage them to read the Bible and pray. I also, pray and read the Bible with her. How can I help her to let God help her??
